The Destructive Dynamic Duo have had such a fun week! Since the Hubster works from home with a flexible schedule- they played all week long! Chuck E Cheese, Boondocks, the park, the Incline, sleepovers at friends houses, sleepovers at our house. Messes, Messes and more MESSES!
These are the times that I miss when I am working. Yet, at the same time, I am so happy that the Hubster can have all this special time with them. There is something special about a dad and his boys.
Breathing in the small moments when I can and enjoying the laughter that I hear and the pictures that I see. Absolutely adore the Hubster for sending me videos during the day and letting me in on “guy time”.
On a weather note, Spring Break has been gorgeous! 75 degrees. Beautiful blue skies. Flowers are beginning to bloom and grass is becoming green again. And then… there is tomorrow… BLIZZARD warning! Exactly a year after the blizzard of all blizzards (well maybe not for everyone, but for me, considering it was the first blizzard I had to ever drive to work in). Timing is so interesting.
Wait for an update tomorrow for pancakes, snow and the squeals of joy when I might be stuck in the house for day… And then the opening of the wine bottle at noon when I realize I CAN’T leave the house for the day.
